If you are a current tenant thinking about moving, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible to see what support we can offer.

Please note that we have a limited number of properties available, so we can’t guarantee moving you to a different property, but we would like to explore supporting you through ways such as:

• Urgent need to move: We can provide support with moving if you have an urgent need like medical issues or overcrowding.
• Downsizing: If you are under occupying your home, or looking to downsize, we may be able to help you.
• Mutual exchanges: If you need to move, have you considered a mutual exchange with another tenant?
• Transfers: If you want to transfer to a new property with us, you’ll need to have a clear rent account, no tenancy issues or breaches and pass a property transfer inspection. You will also need to pay rent in advance.
