How can I get a new build home?

We’re investing in high quality, energy efficient and affordable new homes across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Staffordshire.

Working with our customers, communities, and specialist groups to ensure we meet the diverse needs of our customers in both urban and rural environments.

Our forward-thinking approach means that we actively trial and explore new ways to build our homes including new modular Passivhaus construction methods.

• How are new build homes let.

  We work in partnership with our local authorities to let most of our new build homes This is so that we can assist with their homeless duties and housing need.

  We do sometime let from our own lists.

  We have high demand for all of our homes and so we may not be the best housing option for you.
