We have a limited number of properties available each year. Unfortunately, this means we can't help everyone who approaches us for housing.

We let about 2,000 homes a year, and have agreements with each of our Local Authorities to let a proportion to households who urgently need a home. This limited number of properties, unfortunately means that we can’t help everyone who approaches us for housing.
