We have a limited number of properties available so whilst we can’t guarantee moving to a different property, we would like to explore supporting you in your current home.
For example, offering financial support, advice and assistance if your home has become unaffordable, or potentially adapting your home if it’s no longer suitable.

Urgent need to move.
Urgent needs to move could include medical reasons, police support or domestic abuse.

Downsizing or overcrowded.
If you are a Wrekin tenant and you are under occupying your home, or looking to downsize, we may be able to help you.
This will depend on your circumstances.
We may also be able to assist if you are overcrowded.

What to expect if you do transfer home.
If we can assist with a move, you would need to have a clear rent account, no tenancy issues or breaches and pass our transfer inspection.
You will also need to pay rent in advance.
